Dinner 5.4.09


Bucatini with  peperoncino sausage, red onions, artichokes and baby asparagus.  How much simpler can it get?  Fry all those things up in olive oil,  toss in the pasta, add some pecorino cheese and pour a glass of ordinary red table wine.
